Rollin’ In

It has been a couple busy weeks to say the least – both in terms of this project and with the kids, work, life, etc.  Lots of fun though – there have been a couple days where I have had eight/nine envelopes in the mailbox which has certainly made for some good entertainment.

Here are the results since my last update (or at least a good highlight) – feel free to check out the folder I have at sportscardalbum with all of my successes/failures found here…

Note that you can filter a number of ways, I would either go via “newest upload” for newer cards (duh) or via “card number” as that is all input and should sort properly (although it seems to get a little out o whack here and there).

So…lots of photos with some response time but that will pretty much do it all for dialogue this time around.  All listed in chronological order (like you care).

Nothing for the 1987 Topps project but did get a nice 1984 Topps Mark Thurmond back

Well we are all back up to date.  There are a ton of submissions outstanding and many more that are going out – returns will probably start dropping off a little bit as I have likely sent out to the ones with more favorable return odds.  There are a couple side projects cooking now too so who knows what will be coming in and when.

Updated stats for those that dig this

sort of thing (percentages based upon cards I have processed – not total in set)…

  • 39 Deceased (7.74%)
  • 170 Successes (33.73%)
  • 13 Purchased (2.58%)
  • 134 Pending (26.59%)
  • 148 Failure (29.37%)
